Shipments are via Fedex/Ups or ePacket.

Fedex does not deliver to certain remote areas or islands.

Please note that orders from such areas could be rejected by Fedex

Please note that we cannot allow changes to the shipping address after an order was placed.

 

SHIPPING CONSIGNMENTS

Some of our items are stored in different warehouses in France/UK/US/China, differences between the shipping periods of the products may occur.

Please note that each order which placed on this site will be shipped in a separate consignment. We cannot accept a request for shipping and packaging together items purchased in separate orders.

 

 

SHIPPING FEE

All shippings are free worldwide.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Some of our suppliers are from China so please allow 3-14 business days for order processing and verification.

At the latest, the product will be shipped within 30 days from the date the order was confirmed. Delivery also can be delayed due to adverse traffic condition or weather condition. And depending on the shipping region, delivery may take longer than usual.

 

RETURNS

Since all the products are made by demand, we will not be able to make an exchange as the product is customized, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at Support@Interemodeus.com. We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 7 days you received. Please send us an email first with your order number, details of the product, an image of the part of a defect and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/PayPal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@Interemodeus.com.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@Interemodeus.com.


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by us (Depends on the warehouse that took care of the order).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
